Functional Integrated Training
All clients start with the Functional Movement System (presently used by the NFL) to identify dysfunctional movement patterns. Next, our trainers correct dysfunctional patterns through a system of corrective movements in the form of stretching, mobilizing and strengthening. Once the body is moving in acceptable patterns we give our clients various multi-joint exercises to keep the body strong and core strong in all ranges of motion.
