Functional Integrated Training


All clients start with the Functional Movement System (presently used by the NFL) to identify dysfunctional movement patterns. Next, our trainers correct dysfunctional patterns through a system of corrective movements in the form of stretching, mobilizing and strengthening. Once the body is moving in acceptable patterns we give our clients various multi-joint exercises to keep the body strong and core strong in all ranges of motion.

Classes are open to everyone, and free for those who train 3x weekly or are currently enrolled in the Ultimate Transformation Challenge. If you're new to kettlebells, please contact us before signing up.
